One of the more publicly visible reform organizations, SAFER (Safer Alternative for Enjoyable Recreation) has done an amazing job of pushing the science based message that marijuana is objectively less harmful then alcohol. Led by Mason Tvert, SAFER is currently starting a nationwide campaign to urge like-minded college students to help spread the message of SAFER recreation around their campuses. Hopefully this effort will be heard, and less students will engage in binge drinking and make the smarter, SAFER choice when responsibly relaxing with other adults.
