i’v coudve use that information i just recently got into trouble cause there was rolling papers in car that gave them rite 2 search the car what now evertime some1 gets pulled over we have 2 worry about it.
Rolling papers are for tobacco. I don’t know your case and I’m not a lawyer but I would disagree that that gives them probable cause based on my limited experience.
Hopefully you did not consent to any search, and hopefully your lawyer can take advantage of the shaky probable cause. I’m no lawyer. This is just an opinion.
i live in montpelier ,ohio an this town is so hard on us pot,user it blows they act like we r very bad peps
